Personal Profile #
Cloud7 provides a comprehensive “Personal Profile” section, allowing you to manage your personal details effectively. This section is designed to ensure that all necessary contact and identification information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Maintaining an up-to-date personal profile is essential for the smooth operation of your Cloud7 account. Accurate personal information ensures that you receive all necessary communications and that your account remains secure. By keeping your personal profile current, you enhance your overall experience with Cloud7, ensuring that all interactions and services are seamlessly integrated into your daily operations.

Update Profile #
- To view and update your Personal Profile details in Cloud7, begin by logging into your Cloud7 account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the menu User Management & Services >> Account Settings >> Personal Profile. This will display all your current profile information in view-only mode.
- To update your profile information, click the “Change” button located in the Cloud7 footer. This action will switch your profile from view-only mode to editing mode.
- You can now edit the required fields in your personal profile. Make the necessary changes to your name, phone number, email address, location, and other details.
- After updating your profile information, click the “Edit Profile” button in the footer to save and submit the changes.
Multi-Factor Authentication #
Cloud7 offers the option to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance the security of your account. By enabling MFA, you add an extra layer of protection beyond just a username and password. This additional security measure ensures that even if your login credentials are compromised, unauthorized access to your account is prevented.
Cloud7 supports MFA through the Google Authenticator or the Microsoft Authenticator apps. Once enabled, each login attempt will require a second verification step, significantly increasing the security of your account. With MFA, Cloud7 helps safeguard your sensitive data and resources, giving you peace of mind and ensuring a secure cloud environment.
- To view and enable the Multi Factor Authentication option in Cloud7, begin by logging into your account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the menu User Management & Services >> Account Settings >> Multi Factor Authentication.
- Enable the “Please Enable your MFA First” toggle. This action will generate a QR code.
- Scan this QR code in Google Authenticator app and input the MFA token (code) for completing the MFA enablement.
- Click on “Submit” in the Cloud7 footer to save and submit the settings.
Payment Info #
Cloud7 provides a seamless way to manage your payment details, ensuring uninterrupted access to your subscribed services. The Payment Info section allows you to securely add and manage your preferred payment methods, including credit and debit cards.
Adding a Payment Method #
To add a new payment method:
- Navigate to Billing & Reports from the main menu.
- Select Payment Info under Account Settings from the available options.
- Enter your credit or debit card details in the Add a Card section, including:
- Cardholder Name
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- CVV Code
- Click Save to securely store your payment information.
Managing Multiple Payment Methods #
- You can add multiple payment methods to your Cloud7 account.
- To designate a default payment method, select the desired card and click Set as Default. This ensures that all automatic transactions prioritize this card.
- You can remove or update existing cards as needed. However, at least one valid payment method must remain active if you have ongoing subscriptions.
Enabling Auto Payments #
To avoid manual payments and ensure timely processing of your invoices, you can enable Auto Payment:
- Go to the Payment Info section.
- Choose the card you wish to use for automatic payments.
- Toggle the Auto Payment option ON.
- Confirm your selection.
Once enabled, Cloud7 will automatically process payments for any future invoices generated against your account using your default payment method. By keeping your payment information up to date, you can ensure continuous access to your Cloud7 services without service disruptions.
Change Password #
Cloud7 allows you to change and update your password to ensure the security of your account. Regularly updating your password is a critical practice for maintaining account security and protecting your personal information.

- To change your Cloud7 account password, begin by logging into your account using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the menu User Management & Services >> Account Settings >> Change Password.
- Provide your old password for verification and enter the new password.
- Click on “Done” in the Cloud7 footer to save and submit the new password.
