Cloud7 offers the flexibility to control which emails are sent to customers for various events. This feature allows you to tailor the email notifications based on the specific needs of your organization and customer communication preferences.
As a Cloud-Admin, you can configure the following options:
- Event-Based Email Notifications: Decide which types of event-triggered emails should be sent to customers. These events could include account creation, subscription updates, billing alerts, system notifications, and more.
- Admin Notifications: Choose whether these event-triggered emails should also be sent to you as the Cloud-Admin. This ensures that you are kept informed of significant activities and updates within the Cloud7 platform.
- Additional Recipients: Add other recipients who should receive copies of these emails. This feature is useful for including team members, stakeholders, or other relevant parties in the communication loop.
By configuring these options, Cloud7 allows you to maintain control over your email communication strategy, ensuring that relevant information is disseminated appropriately to customers, administrators, and additional recipients as needed. This helps in maintaining clear and efficient communication channels within your organization and with your customers.

- To access the Delivery Configuration section, log in as Cloud-Admin (or a staff member with the necessary privileges) and navigate to Configuration >> Email Settings >> Delivery Configuration.
