Display Settings #
Cloud7 provides necessary features to change the logo, name and the login-page background to make Cloud7 branding as per your organizational requirements. This can easily be done using the Display Settings module.

Header Customization #
You can change the header logo and name of Cloud7 portal to customize the branding of Cloud7. This can easily be done through the following process:
- Login as Cloud-Admin (or a staff-member with required privileges) and navigate to the menu path Configuration >> General Settings >> Display Settings.
- Click on the Application Logo “Change” button and select the required new logo image.
- Then select the Name field to set the required company name on the Cloud7 header. This name will appear in parallel to the logo.
- Click on “Done” button in the footer to save the settings.
Login Page Customization #
You can change the login page logo as well as add an image or solid color to customize the background of the login page. The steps for this customization are given below:
- Login as Cloud-Admin (or a staff-member with required privileges) and navigate to the menu path Configuration >> General Settings >> Display Settings.
- Click on the Login Screen Logo “Change” button and select the required new logo image.
- Click on the “Background” field drop-down and select either “Picture” or “Solid Color” option from the drop down. Select the required image for the login page background or a required solid color to update the login page as per your company branding policy.
- Select the “Done” button in the C7 footer to submit and save the settings.
Application URL #
Cloud7 send emails to resellers and customers upon different events triggered through Cloud7. These email utilized dynamic tags to provide required information to these resellers and customers which includes the URL using which they can access the C7 portal. For this purpose, you are required to update the “Application URL” field to let C7 provide correct information to the resellers and customers.
- Login as Cloud-Admin (or a staff-member with required privileges) and navigate to the menu path Configuration >> General Settings >> Display Settings.
- Click on the “Application URL” to set the required URL.
- Select the “Done” button in the C7 footer to submit and save the settings.
Theme Settings #
Cloud7 offers extensive customization options through its Theme Settings feature, allowing you to tailor the look and feel of the interface to better align with your organization’s branding and preferences. By leveraging these customization options, you can create a Cloud7 interface that is not only visually appealing but also aligned with your brand identity. The flexibility offered by the Theme Settings ensures that the platform can be tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of your organization, providing a seamless and cohesive user experience.
To change the logo’s on the login page and the header of Cloud7, please refer to Display Settings section.
The key customization features include:
- Primary Colors: You can modify the three primary colors used throughout the Cloud7 interface. This includes adjusting the main color schemes to reflect your organization’s brand colors.
- Font Colors: Customize the font colors used in the interface to ensure readability and to match your desired aesthetic. This includes adjusting the text color for different elements such as headers, menus, and body text.
- Navigation Style: Change the navigation style to suit your preferences. This might include adjusting the layout, positioning, and behavior of the navigation menus to enhance user experience.
- Theme Mode: Choose between different theme modes, such as semi-dark or dark mode, to provide an optimal viewing experience for your users. This setting can help reduce eye strain and cater to individual preferences.

- To customize the theme settings, login as Cloud-Admin (or a staff-member with required privileges) and navigate to the menu Configuration >> General Settings >> Theme Settings.
- Cloud7 will load all the customization options for the interface.
- Use “Navigate Style” section to customize the side-bar and header layout.
- Use “Theme Color Settings” section to define the three base colors for Cloud7, including primary, secondary and sidebar (menu background) colors.
- In the “Theme Mode & Style Settings”, specify the default theme mode (semi-dark or dark) and theme style (standard or modern) as well as the graph color palette.
- Expand “Advance Settings” accordion to view advance customization options. This includes changing of different font and background colors in the interface.
- Click on “Done” button in Cloud7 footer to save and submit the settings.
- You can also use the “Reset Theme” button in the footer of Cloud7 to restore the default Cloud7 theme settings.
